At EIM, we are reimagining healthcare education to humanize patient care in every community.
We offer accessible lifelong learning to healthcare professionals transforming their
communities. The Academic Enrichment Manager will oversee the development and
management of discipline-specific graduate healthcare instructional content within the EIM
Learning Library and Open Education Repositories (OERs). The person in this role will facilitate
collaborations with UP faculty, subject matter experts (SME), and third-party vendors to ensure
that all instructional content is complete, contemporary, evidence-based, and aligns with the
EIM curricula. Reporting to an Academic Officer, this individual will support UP faculty
development initiatives and opportunities to elevate their knowledge, skills, and outcomes
relating to hybrid accelerated education.

Duties and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to the following)
• Assist the Academic Officer in monitoring current and suggesting future academic
enrichment opportunities and events as contribution of strategic annual planning.
• Explore new academic support and faculty development product opportunities in alignment
with Company goals.
• Assist the Academic Officer in developing and expanding DPT educational resources (e.g.,
video lectures, clinical case studies, learning activities, question banks, etc.) to support the
EIM DPT curriculum, preparatory bootcamp courses, or other educational initiatives.
• Manage the overall quality and quantity of DPT educational resources within the EIM
Learning Library and promote their adoption and utilization by UP programs.
• Identify instructional gaps or areas of instructional improvement utilizing CDD post-term
course audits and data-informed assessments of learning experiences. Plan, develop, and
execute educational resource builds to remedy instructional gaps or improve existing
content.
• Collaborate with the Academic Officer and Curriculum Managers in identifying faculty
development needs or opportunities as part of our ongoing support services to UP programs.
• Assist the Academic Officer in developing and delivering faculty development resources,
courses, and/or events to provide top-of-mind awareness to best practices, emerging
strategies, and shared lessons learned in hybrid accelerated graduate education.
• Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with UP stakeholders in support
of academic product and faculty development offerings.
• Manage academic enrichment initiatives by planning, tracking, and executing these projects
against established timelines and deadlines.
• Collaborate with EIM Vendors, UP Faculty, Subject Matter Experts and/or Contributing
Authors to ensure effective and timely project completion in accordance with established
delivery timelines.
• Proactively and effectively communicate project delays and critical dependencies with EIM
Stakeholders to minimize their impact on our UP Clients.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOW), as necessary, for approved 3rd party contracted
support. Manage contracted work effort to ensure SOW deliverables meet established
requirements and expectations.
• Contribute to PT thought leadership and educational research within EIM or in collaboration
with UP program faculty. Attend and contribute to EIM initiatives at professional
conferences in the areas of curriculum, faculty development, and faculty recruitment.
• Assist and collaborate with the EIM Accreditation & Assessment team (PT Accreditation
Manager) in accreditation support and curriculum assessment activities.

Required Key Qualifications:

• Physical therapist with 3-5 years of faculty experience in a PT program (DPT or
PTA)

• Demonstrated knowledge in the development of instructional content and the
application of instructional design methodologies to enhance student experience
and improve student performance.

• Demonstrated interest in collaborative or innovative educational approaches
and resources that advance graduate healthcare education.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to successfully manage competing projects and deadlines

• Ability to work independently, successfully execute and meet established project
deadlines.

• Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and able to deliver with minimal supervision.

• Track record of working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to thrive in a diversified work environment with varying levels of
ambiguity
