Kristina Lynn Stein

Kristina Stein is a staff physical therapist and is the coordinator for the Acute Care Residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Krissy has 22 years of experience in acute care, working with a diverse caseload, primarily in the intensive care units. She has been an ICU validator for many years, mentoring staff and working with others to revise clinical competencies and vented and non-vented ICU training. Krissy has a long-standing commitment to clinical and staff education, having served as SCCE for over 15 years, as chair of the Henry Ford Health System Student Committee, as an active member of the Detroit Area Clinical Educators Forum, and as a staff mentor. As coordinator of the acute care residency, she is responsible for program curriculum, mentor development, resident progress and assessment, and program compliance. She has presented locally and nationally on clinical education and quality acute care services.
