Professional Bio
Dr. Ronald De Vera Barredo, PT, DPT, EdD, FAPTA, FACHE, FNAP has been a physical therapist since 1990. He is a Board-Certified Geriatric Specialist Emeritus with the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and is a Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional with the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
Dr. Barredo is a Catherine Worthingham Fellow of the American Physical Therapy Association (FAPTA), a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), and a Scholar Fellow of the National Academies of Practice (FNAP). He has been working in academia for over 20 years. He previously served as Department Chair, Assistant Dean, and Dean in the College of Health Sciences at Tennessee State University, and currently serves as the Dean of the School STEM and Health Sciences at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.
