Professional Bio
As a practice owner, I built my clinic's operations and clinical protocols from the ground up, with careful attention to data and a clear plan at every stage. Our lifetime plan of care completion rate is above 98 percent, a result that reflects how the business is run day to day. Owning a practice has also taught me how to adapt quickly and solve problems without a ready-made playbook. Over the past six years, I have mentored and trained three full time clinicians and administrators.
Teaching draws on many of the same instincts. As an adjunct clinical professor, I developed a musculoskeletal pathology curriculum for pre-graduate health students, relying on case based learning and hands on lab instruction to sharpen their assessment and clinical reasoning skills. I bring that same approach into my own practice through quarterly clinical education workshops on musculoskeletal assessment and return to sport decision making, along with ongoing mentorship of clinicians and patients using video based reflection and structured feedback.
What I bring to any room is a combination of hands on clinical experience, a business owner's instinct for solving problems, and real enjoyment in helping other people get better at what they do, whether that is a patient returning to sport or a student learning to think like a clinician.
