Professional Bio
Jessica Niemann, PTA, M.Ed is the Director of the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Clarkson College in Omaha, NE. She has been the program director for six years and has teaching experience in physical therapist assistant education for 11 years. She has been an invited presenter regionally and nationally promoting the value of PT-PTA teaming to improve access to care, patient outcomes, and clinic profitability. Teaching responsibilities have included pathophysiology, leadership, musculoskeletal interventions, and clinical education. Her clinical practice experience includes hospital-based outpatient services, pelvic health, and acute care. Mrs. Niemann earned her Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Clarkson College in 1999, Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Services from Clarkson College in 2015, and Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University in 2019.
