Professional Bio
Her scholarly work focuses on trauma-informed care in physical therapy education, pelvic and maternal health, and enhancing student belonging in hybrid DPT programs. She has published and presented nationally and internationally on these topics, and serves in multiple professional leadership roles, including as Director-at-Large and previously Assistant Chair of the Research Committee for the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy and as Ohio Delegate to the APTA House of Delegates. Dr. Parr is passionate about advancing health professions education through innovative pedagogy, collaborative research, and mentorship of the next generation of physical therapists.
