Academic Enrichment Manager
This position is remote.
Duties and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to the following)
Curriculum and Content Development
- Oversee the quality and quantity of educational resources within the EIM Learning Library; promote
adoption and utilization across UP programs to enhance teaching and learning outcomes. - Identify instructional gaps and areas for improvement using post-term course audits and data-informed
assessments. - Plan, develop, and execute educational resource builds (e.g., video lectures, case studies, question
banks, simulations) to remedy gaps, enhance content, and improve learning outcomes. - Collaborate with Academic Officers, Associate Director of Academic and Curriculum Integration (ADACI),
and Associate Directors of CDD (AD-CDD) to align resources with course and program objectives,
accreditation standards, and student success goals.
Faculty Development and Student Success - Support Academic Officers in identifying faculty development needs and opportunities.
- Assist in developing and delivering faculty development resources, courses, and events that advance
faculty knowledge, skills, and best practices in hybrid accelerated education. - Contribute to student support initiatives that enhance preparation for graduate healthcare education,
improve learning outcomes, and support licensure readiness across UP programs. - Build and maintain collaborative relationships with UP stakeholders in support of faculty development
and student success offerings.
Academic Operations and Project Management - Manage academic enrichment initiatives by planning, tracking, and executing projects against
established timelines and deadlines. - Collaborate with UP faculty, SMEs, and contributing authors to ensure effective and timely completion
of projects. - Proactively communicate project delays and critical dependencies to minimize impact on UP programs
and student outcomes. - Contribute to SME Statements of Work (SOW) for contracted support to ensure course deliverables and
timelines are accurately defined, and monitor completions to confirm they meet established
requirements. - Ensure instructional content aligns with EIM curriculum standards, professional standards, accreditation
requirements, and contemporary pedagogy. - Assist AD-ACI in maintaining adherence to accessibility standards and copyright protections across
educational resources.
Thought Leadership and Scholarship - Contribute to EIM thought leadership and educational research, internally and in collaboration with UP
faculty. - Represent EIM at professional conferences in the areas of curriculum, faculty development, student
success, and teaching and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
Key Qualifications
• Required:
- Physical therapist with 3-5 years of faculty experience in a PT program (DPT or PTA)
- Demonstrated knowledge in the development of instructional content and the application
of hybrid instructional design methodologies to enhance student experience and improve
student performance. - Demonstrated interest in collaborative or innovative educational approaches and
resources that advance graduate healthcare education. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to successfully manage competing projects and deadlines
- Ability to work independently, successfully execute, and meet established project deadlines.
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and able to deliver with minimal supervision within a
remote environment. - Track record of working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in a diversified work environment with varying levels of
ambiguity.
