Description:

The purpose of this project is: 

Aim 1 (Quantitative): To assess the confidence of early-career physical therapists implementing motivational interviewing in clinical practice, and assess their beliefs surrounding its applicability, effectiveness, and impact on patient care.

Aim 2 (Qualitative): To explore how early-career Physical therapists use motivational interviewing and the key organizational and individual barriers and facilitators influencing PTs' implementation of motivational interviewing in clinical settings.
