Ideal Participant: PT, PTA, CI, SCCE
Description: Calling All Physical Therapy Clinical Instructors!
Be part of a research study to explore how emotional intelligence (EI) training may influence clinical instructors’ confidence, teaching effectiveness, and relationships with students during PT rotations.
If you are a licensed PT currently supervising, I invite you to take part. Participation includes:
- Completing a brief pre-training survey (10–15 minutes)
- Attending virtual EI training sessions, self paced • Completing a post-training brief study (10–15 minutes)
- our insights will help shape the future of clinical education and mentorship in physical therapy.
Participation is voluntary and confidential.
Please share with colleagues who may also be interested. Together, we can advance physical therapy education for the next generation of clinicians.
