Title: Examining the Impact of Clinical Instruction on Burnout, Trends, and Demographics Among Practicing Physical Therapist Clinical Instructors
Ideal Participant: PTs who act as CIs
Description: The purpose of this study is to examine whether there is an association between burnout and clinical instructors in physical therapy. In addition, we aim to collect information on other factors that may contribute to or increase the likelihood of burnout when supervising students. Understanding these relationships may help identify aspects of clinical instruction that influence occupational stress and well-being.
