Title: An Exploration of Mindfulness Curricula Within U.S. Accredited Entry-Level Physical Therapist Academic Programs

Ideal participant: Academic Program directors and faculty in CAPTE accredited entry-level physical therapist education programs

Description: This exploratory descriptive mixed-methods study aims to examine the integration of mindfulness curricula in U.S.-accredited entry-level doctor of physical therapy programs through online surveys and semi-structured interviews. This research addresses a critical gap in physical therapy education by providing the first comprehensive examination of mindfulness integration in entry-level DPT programs. This study has been approved by the Seton Hall University IRB (Study ID#2026-743) and is being conducted under the guidance of Dr. Genevieve Pinto-Zipp.
